MSR also provides advertising for special events for participating businesses. For example, MSR released an ad in Nov. 2003 for the Holiday Open House, which included all the participating businesses. Participation in retail promotions Each year MSR sponsors a Holiday Open House, sidewalk sales, and other retail promotions to bring shoppers back to Main Street. We encourage 100% participation from businesses.
